Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a Mental health issue.

The course included: recognising warning signs of Mental ill health,  and developing the skills and confidence, to approach and support someone while keeping yourself safe.

Flourish Therapy

Flourish is an 8 week transformative therapeutic and life coaching package. The aim: to decrease anxiety and increase self confidence and self-esteem. It’s roots are in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Flourish will be tailored to each individuals needs and expectations. This life coaching package will help people to take the steps to pursue a life of increased happiness and emotional freedom.
