Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a Mental health issue.
The course included: recognising warning signs of Mental ill health, and developing the skills and confidence, to approach and support someone while keeping yourself safe.
Wellness workshops for individuals and companies.
All workshops are innovative and evidence based, empowering those who attend. Workshops include, Resilience Stress, Anxiety, Nutrition, Mindfulness, Physical health checks, Sleep hygiene and work/life balance.

This two day course qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider, giving you:
- An in-depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing
- Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues
- Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress
- Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening
- Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support - whether that’s self-help resources, through their employer, the NHS, or a mix
