Wellness coaching helps people to achieve  their wellness goals, from forming new eating and exercise habits to improving sleep pattern.  A range of techniques are used, such as visualisation, cognitive behaviour therapy,  and fitness coaching to help people achieve what is important to them.  Clients often seek a wellness coach when other things have not worked, such as short term dieting. A compassionate approach is taken with the ultimate aim to help improve confidence and self-esteem.  Wellness Coaching can be provided face to face, via telephone or video call.
